Why is my DxM Account Pending Approval?

If your account has already been provisioned, you will be granted immediate access into the platform. If your provisioning is still pending, you will see a message whenever you attempt to login that your account is pending approval.

Sometimes approvals can take up to 3 days, depending on the day of the week or holiday schedule. If you have been waiting for more than 3 days for your account activation, please email Adam Samuta (adamsamuta@gmail.com)
