As a security precaution, your account may be locked due to excessive failed log in attempts. When this happens, ROSALIND will send you an email with a link to unlock the account.

It might have landed in your spam folder. Try looking there or searching for any emails sent from: support@rosalind.bio. The email will look like this: 

 

Once you click the link, the account will be unlocked and you can reset your password as needed:
